Drawing inspiration from Miao embroidery, one of China’s intangible cultural heritage (ICH) art forms, the design adopts its rich patterns and vibrant color palettes to create a core motif themed "Embroidering Dreams".
At the heart of the motif lies a penguin egg, symbolizing the nurturing of new beginnings and boundless possibilities.
Surrounding the penguin egg are decorative elements including charity red flowers, five-pointed stars and penguins, which embody the kindness of philanthropy, the integrity of the Party, and the guardianship of the penguin community respectively.
Centered in the composition is the phrase "Zheng Qingchun" (In the Prime of Youth) rendered in an artistically modernized form of small seal script—an ancient Chinese calligraphic style. This design choice emphasizes young people as representatives of a new generation of strength, standing as symbols of innovation, justice and hope.
"Zheng Qingchun" encapsulates the youthful group’s courage to embrace new opportunities and challenges. It also highlights their sense of responsibility to uphold philanthropy and justice under the guidance of the Party, much like penguins that steadfastly guard their eggs and homeland.
